For good results of using this tool, we recommend hosting users have (at least) 5 Mbits/sec for upload and 10 Mbits/sec for download; and for participating users have (at least) 0.5 Mbits/sec – which is 500 Kbits/sec – upstream bandwidth, and (at least) 1 Mbits/sec download bandwidth.
